A Powerful Nutrition Secret: Food Combining

I do not recommend the practice, health and wellness habits that are not backed by sound scientific studies and data. However, in my ongoing quest to help my clients and readers achieve optimal health, I will occasionally stumble on an amazing diet and fitness drink, so interesting and could be useful, that I do not ignore it. So this week, I'm going to share with you a powerful way to improve food intake andToxin and decrease fat levels while decreasing heartburn, bloating, gas and other adverse reactions to food. At first I was skeptical, but after trying it was for a week, I am much more energy, less post-meal lethargy, better training and more have enjoyed clarity of thought!
The process begins with an understanding of how the body digests food. Different types of foods require different types of digestive enzymes for proper food breakdown. ForFor example, carbohydrate foods require carbohydrate-enzymes, whereas protein foods require enzymes. While not the acidic carbohydrate enzymes only in a properly functioning or alkaline environment, the protein enzymes only function properly in an acidic environment.
Therefore, it is assumed that if you eat protein with carbohydrate foods (for example) Steak and potatoes, will affect the digestion, since these two compounds is not fully digested in theircompetitive environments. By following several rules, you can reach fewer problems to your body's natural digestion process.
Here are the basic rules are (remember, as a… Game, which helped me). There are more details about the reasons for the rules, but I thought I did not try this too complicated.

Sound difficult to achieve "food combining" diet without serious juggling? It is!Here is what I recommend: 90/10 concept is a nutrition or lifestyle changes. This means that 90% of the time you are a conscious and vigorous effort to implement positive changes, and 10% of the time that you let things "flow" and be put in disorder, or to break the rules . For example, at breakfast you might be a bowl of oatmeal with a slice of whole wheat toast, maybe a raw apple in the middle of the morning, a salad with avocados, eating lunch, and a handful of nuts in the middle of the afternoon. Then, for yourCompany potluck, you will receive your "10%" and load a plate with corn-on-the-cob, coleslaw, chicken, a roll and a brownie (during food combining just the coleslaw and the chicken would have). This allows you a mental break constantly trying to get the food to perfection, and I think that most people who follow this rule, far less likely to completely lose control and go on a binge 2 weeks of sugar, alcohol is processed, / packaged foods and fat.
A final advantageFood Combining is a longer life. It was suggested that the body needs a certain amount of reserves that, if carefully preserved, allowing us to live longer and healthier life. There are even studies observed that a correlation between longer duration and lower caloric consumption! The exhaustion of reserves of the body can occur much faster when our bodies are overwhelmed and over again in the process of digestion. As with any dietary or health practice, the conceptof self-avoiding huge variety smorgasborgs food and alcohol, and a general decrease of gluttony just seem to make good sense!
